New Tires - Are They Really NEW?
31. December 2009 by admin.
I just watched a 9:43 minute video on tires which is very important for you to watch if you care about your safety. (I know you are.) IT is something I never thought or or even considered.

The America Monk
29. December 2009 by admin.
I just finished reading a 7-part email series by The American Monk. It was thoroughly enjoyable plus I learned a few things. The titles of each of the 7 Lessons are:
- Tapping Into Your Spiritual Core
- How to Gain Total Self-Mastery over Your Fears, Habits & Emotions
- The Law of Attraction and You
- The Power of Big Thoughts
- Using Your Mind to Heal
- How to Open Your Mind to Ideas, Inspiration and Guidance from Higher Intelligence
- Finding Your Life Purpose
The one thing I did not like about it was the fact that at the end of each lesson he has 3 audio lessons. The first one is free and you need Karma points to listen to the other two. You receive Karma points by telling your friends about the free lessons, one Karma point for each referral.
To receive all of the extra audios you need to have a 100 friends to introduce to the lessons. That’s a lot!
Of course you can also purchase his course and receive all of the audios. The course is either $147 or $297 depending on if you want the downloadable version or the physical version or both.
In addition, he does something a bit tricky, which I had read about in a Dan Kennedy, Inner Circle, newsletter (I think). The Gold version (the physical version) and the Platinum version (both the online downloadable and the physical version) are the same price. So who in their right mind would check off just the Gold Version?
Is his course worth $147 or $297? That’s for you to decide. I will order it and post my comments about it from time to time.
He also has a course on “Healing” for $47 which I will purchase also. (Note: his site says this is an introductory price until December 31st. Then it goes up to $97 starting in 2010. It will be interesting to see if he sticks to what he says or if this is just a way for people to take immediate action.
At any rate, you can receive the 7 free lessons by going to http://www.theamericanmonk.com/points/invitation?uid=149139
It’s too bad I can’t earn money by sharing this with you. All I get are Karma points, which I don’t need since I am buying the course any way.
PS: Well, I am a bit disappointed. I hate it when I buy something and then they immediately try to sell me something else. I just bought the American Monk Healing Triangle. After my purchase, I had to go through a 3-step process. Well, each step was an upsell to buy his Intuitive Healing Guide ($27). Why would I need that if I bought his Healing Triangle course? Next he tried to sell me his Prosperity Program ($47) and finally he wanted me to buy his Life Accelerator program ($27).It’s good he has a 365-day guarantee. If his “Healing Triangle” program does not live up to my expectations, I will return it. I’ll let you know what I think.
PPS: Bottom line: the free 7 Lesson course is excellent an well worth your time to read it. Beyond that I will let you know what I think of the Healing Triangle.

The Dancing Lights - Merry Christmas
25. December 2009 by admin.
As the story goes, the guy that owns this house lives north of Cincinnati , Ohio . Police were constantly being called for traffic jams and accidents in the neighborhood so they asked him to shut it down during certain hours.
Instead he started charging by car load to pay off-duty police to be there. The guy is supposedly a real computer GEEK, and in my opinion, also a great decorator! He certainly must have a lot of spare time on his hands.
Hope you enjoy this as much as I did……….Merry Christmas!!!
Click on the Link below for the experience.
[Note: This works fine in FireFox and may not work in Internet Explorer. If you use Internet Explorer then download a copy of FireFox as it is a much more stable broswer.]
May Your New Year be Filled With All the Love, Joy and Happiness You Deserve.

One Light Bulb at a Time
16. December 2009 by admin.
I just had to post this as my Mom sent it to me.
One Light Bulb at a Time
A physics teacher in high school, once told the students that while one grasshoper on the railroad tracks wouldn’t slow a train very much, a billion of them would. With that thought in mind, read the following, obviously written by a good American.
Good idea . . .. one light bulb at a time.
Check this out. I can verify this because I was in Lowes the other day for some reason and just for the heck of it I was looking at the hose attachments. They were all made in China. The next day I was in Ace Hardware and just for the heck of it I checked the hose attachments there. They were made in USA .
Start looking.
In our current economic situation, every little thing we buy or do affects someone else - even their job. So, after reading this email, I think this lady is on the right track. Let’s get behind her!
My grandson likes Hershey’s candy. I noticed, though, that it is marked made in Mexico now. I do not buy it any more. My favorite toothpaste Colgate is made in Mexico now. I have switched to Crest. You have to read the labels on everything.
This past weekend I was at Kroger. I needed 60 W light bulbs and Bounce dryer sheets. I was in the light bulb aisle, and right next to the GE brand I normally buy was an off brand labeled, “Everyday Value”. I picked up both types of bulbs and compared the stats - they were the same except for the price. The GE bulbs were more money than the Everyday Value brand but the thing that surprised me the most was the fact that GE was made in MEXICO and the Everyday Value brand was made in - get ready for this - the USA in a company in Cleveland, Ohio.
So throw out the myth that you cannot find products you use every day that are made right here.
So on to another aisle - Bounce Dryer Sheets . .. . yep, you guessed it, Bounce cost more money and is made in Canada. The Everyday Value brand was less money and MADE IN THE USA! I did laundry yesterday and the dryer sheets performed just like the Bounce Free I have been using for years and at almost half the price!
My challenge to you is to start reading the labels when you shop for everyday things and see what you can find that is made in the USA - the job you save may be your own or your neighbors!
If you accept the challenge, pass this on to others in your address book so we can all start buying American, one light bulb at a time! Stop buying from overseas companies!
(We should have awakened a decade ago.)
Let’s get with the program. help our fellow Americans keep their jobs and create more jobs here in the U. S. A.

Ending 2009 and Welcoming 2010 Plus My Thoughts and Opinions
16. December 2009 by admin.
This may be my last post until the New Year as I want to re-do my blog and update the software. I had planned to do this over a month ago and got involved in other more pressing projects.
So I wish you a very Merry Christmas to those who believe in Christmas. I wish the rest of you a very merry holiday season. May 2010 bring you all the joy and happiness that you deserve and you do deserve the very best.
Back in November I started sharing with you information I was learning on how to promote your business on the Internet. Since it appeared, to me, that no one was interested in that, I stopped.
Blogs serve to main purposes:
1. It allows us to share our thoughts and experiences with others in the hopes that they will gain something from us.
2. It allows us to offer our readers products and services that may help make your life more productive and interesting.
I have always been interested in healthy living which includes good nutrition and eating right. In fact I believed in healthy living so much that in the past I joined many different MLM nutrition companies in the hopes of making some money providing great products to others.
However, to me, the products were too expensive for the end user and similar products could be found at a much more competitive price. So I stopped promoting them.
I still feel MLM or network marketing is one of the most viable business models for the average person to get ahead. It is just that it is very hard to find the right products with the right company with a fair compensation plan.
To that end I mostly stay away from companies that require a monthly purchase to qualify for compensation. If a company has a product or service that requires a onetime investment under $250 and makes its money from other than the investors (us) then I become interested. I also like the company to have some sort of innovative product or service that has a huge market. Finally, I prefer it to be very easy to get people to join me or require only a small number of people to join me in order for me to make some decent extra money.
To that end I have found two such companies. On requires an investment of as little as $5. However, I would recommend starting out at a higher level as the return on your investment (ROI) with come quicker. Learn more at http://techageofct.com.
The other company requires a onetime investment of under $230. It has a very unique product, which I do not have to sell, I am actually part of the company structure and benefit from their sales, kind of like an investor. I do need to find one person to join me in order to earn up to $1,281.15 monthly. The number of investors is limited so those who see the vision benefit the most. Learn more at http://vip.lifechangingactions.com.
On another note:
As you know the USA is in a very challenging time in our history. We have a government who wants to provide for everyone at the expense of our freedoms. If you are open to look at all sides of the issue, you will study all viewpoints. If you feel everyone is entitled to food, shelter, medical care, etc, without having to give anything in return then you might just as well stop reading my posts.
Yes, a small minority of people are unable to take care of themselves and it is up to each of us to help them. However, it is not up to the government. The job of the government is to provide us the conditions to allow us to live as we choose.
I just watched a short (under 6 minutes) uTube video (if you can’t see it below then go to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VP2p91dvm6M) about a person, Lieutenant Colonel Allen West, who is running for Congress in Florida. If he truly believes in what he is saying then he deserves all of our respect and admiration and support.

Putting Your Life in Perspective
15. December 2009 by admin.
Now, THIS is really fascinating - it’s rather dazzling to see it presented this way.

I CERTAINLY THOUGHT THIS WAS ENLIGHTENING. BEYOND OUR SUN ….. IT’S A BIG UNIVERSE.

ANTARES IS THE 15TH BRIGHTEST STAR IN THE SKY.
IT IS MORE THAN 1000 LIGHT YEARS AWAY.
NOW HOW BIG ARE YOU?
——————————————————————
NOW TRY TO WRAP YOUR MIND AROUND THIS….. …….
THIS IS A HUBBLE TELESCOPE ULTRA DEEP FIELD INFRARED VIEW OF COUNTLESS
‘ENTIRE’ GALAXIES BILLIONS OF LIGHT-YEARS AWAY.
BELOW IS A CLOSE UP OF ONE OF THE DARKEST REGIONS OF THE PHOTO ABOVE

HUMBLING, ISN’T IT?
And yet, Someone knows how many hairs are on your head,
and not even a single sparrow dies apart from His will (Mt 10:29-31)!
NOW HOW BIG ARE YOU?
AND HOW BIG ARE THE THINGS THAT UPSET YOU TODAY?
KEEP LIFE IN PERSPECTIVE
AND DON’T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF! IT’S ALL UNDER CONTROL (Job 38)
PLEASE FIND TIME TO SHARE THIS WITH A FRIEND…

If It’s Broke - FIX IT!
14. December 2009 by admin.
The following information was received from two friends and I felt it good enough to pass on to you.
A Man Enters This World With Nothing,When He Leaves He Takes Nothing With Him, But His Honor.
Democrats, Republicans, EVERYONE!!
To President Obama and all 535 voting members of the Legislature,
It is now official you are ALL corrupt morons:
- The U.S. Post Service was established in 1775 You have had 234 years to get it right and it is broke.
- Social Security was established in 1935. You have had 74 years to get it right and it is broke.
- Fannie Mae was established in 1938. You have had 71 years to get it right and it is broke.
- War on Poverty started in 1964. You have had 45 years to get it right; $1 trillion of our money is confiscated each year and transferred to “the poor” and they only want more.
- AMTRAK was never on schedule, was broke, is broke, and will continue to be broke as long as its run by the government.
- Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965. You have had 44 years to get it right and they are broke.
- Freddie Mac was established in 1970. You have had 39 years to get it right and it is broke.
- The Department of Energy was created in 1977 to lessen our dependence on foreign oil. It has ballooned to 16,000 employees with a budget of $24 billion a year and we import more oil than ever before. You had 32 years to get it right and it is an abysmal failure.
You have FAILED in every “government service” you have shoved down our throats while overspending our tax dollars AND YOU WANT AMERICANS TO BELIEVE YOU CAN BE TRUSTED WITH A GOVERNMENT-RUN HEALTH CARE SYSTEM??
Folks, keep this circulating. It is very well stated. Maybe it will end up in the e-mails of some of our “duly elected officials” in Washington !!
WAKE UP AMERICA – IF YOU WILL VOTE THESE ARROGANT PSYCHOPATHS OUT OF OFFICE, WE MIGHT BE ABLE TO RE-ESTABLISH DEMOCRACY
