The Silent Epidemic that’s Becoming a National Security Disaster

Upon thinking about the article and what I have read previously, I felt it important to add one more bit of information.  Since Fructose, usually corn syrup, is the main sweetener in soft drinks, many people think that by drinking diet drinks, they will be safer.

That’s not the case.  The sweeteners in diet drinks are more harmful than the fructose.  What’s the solution?  Simple, just don’t drink any soft drinks or any drink that contains more than water.

There is one exception to this rule.  It is also very healthful to drink freshly made vegetable juices.
