Are You Malnourished and/or Overweight?
I’ve been interested in health and nutrition for many years, actually about 43 years. Look around you and also in the mirror. How many people do you see that are overweight? How many people do you see that are malnourished?
Are there more overweight or more malnourished people around you? Can you be overweight and also malnourished?
From all that I have observed and from all that I have read, you only need do three simple things to be healthy and live a long and rewarding life. Keep on mind that these are “three simple things” not three easy things.
It does take discipline for at least 28 days to turn your old life killing habits into new life saving habits. The three things are:
1. Eat good nutritional foods, at least 90% anyway.
2. Exercise at least 30 minutes every day.
3. Be happy and smile often.
I subscribed to Dr. Mercola’s blog sometime ago and had hardly ever read his posts, until recently. He has many great thought provoking ideas and well worth reading. The one I read today inspired me to write this article. You can watch the short video and read his comments at:

“Learn to enjoy every minute of your life. Be happy now. Don’t wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious is the time you have to spend, whether it’s at work or with your family. Every minute should be enjoyed and savored.”— Earl Nightingale
